I know none of you are surprised to see my mail 😀 and i just couldn’t help myself either 🙂

im feeling too lazy to paste ridwan’s disclaimer here so ill just get to the topic…

– getting lost when getting to and returning from vjti the first time i went there (option form submission) – i reached 5 gardens instead of matunga central, and was wondering which part of bombay i was in, since there was ABSOLUTELY no people or vehicles on the roads, only trees…got lost the same way when returning too… in vjti, shantanu was behind me in the line, and he congratulated me on coming second… i was wondering how he knew… turned out he read my name from my marksheets, and recognised it from the online results 😀

– seeing pate outside the old mca dept, checking for admission notices…he was complaining about having to come all the way from nashik just for the notices…he asked me if vjti was all that good, and i told him it was the best (little did i know :P) – he said he was not sure if he wanted to take admission here…

– on the day of paying fees, i was 20 minutes late, something that has lasted the rest of my 3 years in vjti 🙂 i remember petkar was surprised when i came late…

– bunking the first day of college because i thought college started on the 10th of august instead of the 9th, something that keeps happening to me every alternate day 🙂

– on the 10th of august i stood with the girls from our class because niti was the only one i recognised (she was behind me in the line for paying fees and gave me change 😛 ) and i was wondering how there were only so few ppl in our class, that too only girls…then she showed me a whole HUGE gang of guys sitting at the other end of the quad…

– spiking the mirinda with vodka (thanks to rahul) on the way to the bheevpuri picnic 😉

– chatting with ridwan one night (i think the same comp fix/server installation night) and then forgetting his name the next day.. he told me “i hate people who cant remember my name”

– shantanu being asked by navlur about his “production”

– rahul patil giving a lecture for coa (i think it was about boolean logic or something) and i thought that rahul is really ‘smart’

– coming online every night for the conference, which usually went on for atleast an hour…i used to come on after 11 (because dialup used to be cheaper from 11). people used to keep chatting in hindi and i was permanently lost 🙂

– scaring the seniors during the introduction session with all our noise and ragging

– sitting for CC lectures and then meeting suman having a smoke at mhatre immediately after that

– sitting for CC, DSC and AC/ME papers without studying at all…i used to reach college 1 hour early and read from other people’s books 🙂 i still expected to pass :))

– studying the entire portion for COA and then managing to attempt only 55 marks – i didnt expect to pass 😀

– studying overnight at sharang’s bro’s place with 10-12 other guys for the DM paper because of the COA disaster

– sitting in the corridors till 10PM everyday trying to figure out our MS Project

– rahul patil writing the vision of our MSP – atleast half the words had more than 7 alphabets each, and the sentence meant nothing

– bansod throwing us out of the ADFS lab when we went there to enjoy the AC during our break

– playing music on the loudspeaker during ADFS practs

– bunking the second half of my own ADFS presentation

– finishing only 30 out of the 42 adfs practs, getting disappointed, because nene maam told me “i know you’ve done all the programs, only show me BTrees” (which i hadnt done) – after that she told me, “ok show me any program that you think is worth showing to me”

– going to nashik for sachin’s housewarming, taking crazy photos in front of his family 😛 and then akshay deleting all the photos from his cam by mistake 😦

ok… im getting really tired of typing now… someone else continue, ive only finished describing our first year of MCA 🙂
